Watch your pet initially for suitability with the item. Due to extreme coolness, the bowl will sweat. Please protect your floors from the condensation of your Coolin’ Bowl.

†Capacity is calculated by total volume. When using container, choose a capacity greater than what you need to prevent overfilling and spills.

Upon purchase fill the inner core with water using the plug on the underside. This will activate the Coolin’ Gel Crystals. Then give it a good shake to distribute evenly and place the bowl in the freezer overnight. In the morning just add water and set outside in a cool, shaded area to offer maximum cooling longevity.

Due to the gel crystals in the core, hand wash only. Make sure that the rubber plug underneath the bowl is securely attached before washing. Hand wash with warm soapy water, then be sure to rinse thoroughly.
